Our Mini required brakes, so made an appointment. Got in and out in very reasonable amount of time. We have all of our service work done at Mini of Dallas.

Jim Marbry is awesome!! So is Andrew Galceran. Very honest, responsive, and will do everything they can to please the customer. I live in Houston where we have many Mini dealerships to choose from, but I went with Mini of Dallas simply because of these guys.
Easy to get in for oil change. Treated with care ...both car and owner. Skye was professional and courteous. We used the courtesy shuttle which was actually a Lyft to go get some breakfast while waiting.
