RecommendedHappily found out I am a MiniCooper Girl and Mini of Dallas has now serviced two of them. I am very happy with the service I receive when I bring my car in, but I especially appreciate the person to person communication within the service department. Parker returns our calls and texts within a timely manner and is professional and quick to take care of our needs.

RecommendedI took my 2019 Mini CooperS Countryman to the BMW service to have windows tinted, a couple pieces replaced and to check Apple Car Play. Skye was extremely attentive to my needs. He responded quickly via text and kept me updated on the progress. In addition, they recommended balancing/rotating/ adjusting my tires. I could feel a huge difference with the adjustment. They also noticed a need to replace the battery which was still under warranty. I completely trust BMW/Mini Dallas to care for my countryman’s needs.
