RecommendedThey strive to serve and make sure the customer is happy, and all the benefits of our extended maintenance plan were honored. The service department was also sympathetic to all of us on the north side of town who got dumped by Sewell with no notice. The location is not as convenient for me, but Sewell completely disregarded that the average neighborhood auto shop cannot effectively work on MINIs. Generic parts and tech training do not fit these vehicles. I'm glad we still have an option in DFW.
The staff is good on service and the warranty after we purchased makes me confident to purchase it
