Just had some work done on my Mini. We worked with Parker and he was great. He did not try to upsell us on anything (which I despise). He was very prompt in getting back to us. I will definitely be coming back when additional service is required.
I just got my MINI Cooper convertible fixed (a lot of work done). It's 14 years old now (I'm trying to see if I can get it to be 25 :) it may happen.). I worked with Parker. He is so awesome! Super organized, very helpful, keeps me informed and updated. And the work done is always great. Always a great experience. Thank you for the great work! I noticed all the improvements on the drive home. So much better! I can't wait to give it a good long drive.

They take such good care of me. Colin Roof is a great service advisor. BMW is fortunate to have him. They fixed everything I requested and even found things that needed to be repaired while my car was still under warranty to save me money. Love this place!
Just buying a little used mini for my son, I didn't think sales or service could be such a big thing.We drove in 4 hours for this car. If I could give this team 10 stars I would. First car inquiring about fell through. Ryan the GM called me and said to be honest he would not put his kid in this car. To break the news to my son was bummed to say the least.
