BMW 3 Waited 3 hours just for them to tell me what my car needed. I already knew what was wrong with the car. I wished they sent more coupons because their prices are ridiculous. It only took a little over an hour to fix! Why am I waiting 5 hours!

Stay away! NO HONOR, RESPECT, NO COMMON DECENCY Stay away! These people have NO HONOR, NO RESPECT, NOT EVEN A COMMON DECENCY to their customers ! This is the conclusion based on my experience here today. I really hope that somebody at Sonic management will read this. Poor customer service I’ve recently purchased preowned 2017 BMW 5 series from this dealer. Their internet sales department were very friendly until I purchased the vehicle. The vehicle price has gone down on the same day that I signed on the deal. I realized this on the next day and asked them to send a gift card for the difference amount. They promised me to send the gift card once I give the positive review on feedback email. I did give them good feedback and they stopped responding later on. Not a good experience Overall experience was not Good. I waited too long for a standard oil change. (Over 2 Hours) no rents available. When I received my car back the tech forgot to reset all the sensors. My dash board looked like a Christmas tree. To resent them, that took another 20 minutes. Just not A good experience. Really unfortunate!

Great car. Terrible dealership From the time we walked in to face a rude argumentative receptionist to the Finance Manager taking 90 minutes trying to upsell us item after item to the car not being properly detailed to the dealership not returning THREE calls, terrible dealership

Air Bag Recall Event They had no record of my appt even though I had a confirmation. They were not prepared for the repairs and did not seem to know about the event. However the repair was completed.

NOT worth the drive My brief experience with Long Beach BMW went like this: Made an appointment in the AM to test drive a vehicle later that day. The dealership - namely Madori, the sales rep I spoke with - knew that I was commuting from San Diego with purchase intent. Unfortunately they then sold the car without my knowledge. Without notifying me either to say, "Hey FYI - the vehicle you wanted is no longer available so don't bother driving 2hrs+ up here." Broken Sun Shade On 12/4/17 I had an appointment and had my car washed. I sent an email to Mr. Viray because I didn't have Mr. Moore's email (I work from 7am-6pm and I cant use my phone for personal calls) to let them know that my window sun shade on the back of the passenger?s side is broken. when I went in to get my car fixed it was not broken. Mr. Moore never contacted me back regarding the email.
