Waste of time going to this dealership Showed up for a 1pm appointment for a test drive of an X5 at 1:15pm on Memorial Day weekend. Representative was busy, was told it would be 5 minutes. Lots of dealership employees seemed to be idle and socializing with each other, so I asked to see someone else, but the receptionist told me to just grab a beverage and wait. Service misunderstanding Service was mediocre. Also, I was given the 'run around' when I went to use a coupon, which finally was resolved in my favor,. When I brought my car in, one person referred me to the third service desk. Turns out the guy was too busy and referred me to another guy, who wouldn't honor my coupon. I explained, I was told my another service rep., that I could use the coupon that day. Then the guy referred me back to the service rep. Who had given me the coupon.

Great customer experience This place is a brand new facility, no more sharing with mini customers. I think they need to have better coffee,the expensive machine they use does not cut it. Baristas, massage service, and a restaurant would round out a near flawless experience.

Bad service Service is not applicable. I will never put foot back in that place. They over charge you and said they did work on your car, and didn't do a thing..

Grease on seat, otherwise great service! Had my car serviced. Customer service was great, as well as the facilities, as always. The only problem was that I found grease on the driver's seat, when the car was turned over to me from service. The service manager was kind enough to wipe the seat after he pulled of the plastic sheet covering it. The interior door handle was dirty as well, as I found out later by my greasy hand. Good service Making the appointment for service was easy. When I placed a call to check on the car and have wiper blades replaced didn't receive a call back. When I picked up the car I was handed the keys and told my car was just outside which it wasn't. I told the counter staff and then had to wait 20 minutes for my car.

2012 service on mini cooper not bad at all. i dropped off the car for repair and rec'd a call eairler than i thought it would be ready and once i got there....it was ready.

BMW Enthusiest There is littlie accountability in the service department. It took over one week to correct a software problem associated with an upgrade to sat radio. The service personnel had no explanation for the cause nor did they offer any contrition. LMBMW had been paid in full for the auto, yet did not have any sense of urgency to get me into my new car. Although the sales personnel were accommodative, the overall experience with LBBMW left something to be desired. I recommend shopping at other dealers before purchasi... read more
