BMW 535 service Brian W at Long Beach BMW is the greatest. The dealership is conveniently located. Everyone there is very pleasant.

Very Responsive Staff, Took Way Too Long Contacted the dealer about a X3 model we were very keen on. Internet sales person said they didn't put hold on cars, that they operated on 1st come-1st served basis, so we jumped in the car and drove almost 2 hours to see the car. BMW Owner Was asked what time I wanted to pick my car up after service was performed. I asked about 2pm and was told that was fine. I called at 3pm and was put on hold. Called back and same thing again. Wasn't ready until 4pm. Beautiful new facility.

Not that great!!! I had my first experience today with Long Beach BMW for fixing a flat tire. To be frank, it wasn’t that great. Everything started off well with the towing guy dropping me off at Long Beach BMW around 9.30AM. As soon I arrived, I went to one of the service advisors for help. The guy came and helped me with the paperwork. I was told that they will do the inspection and let me know if it can be repaired or not. BMW X5 EMISSIONS PROBLEM Took the car in because the Check Engine light was on. Determined the problem was that the Diesel Engine requires driving long distances (at least 50 miles) on a regular basis to regenerate the system. I used to drive that on a regular basis when I worked at LAX. I live in Long Beach. However, since retiring in 2015 I seldom drive that distance. Therefore I was told to make that lengthy drive at least every 2 months to keep the system running smoothly. This seems ludicrous in this day and age when we... read more

Took my car for a check up and got it return worse I took my car to get it check out from the sound system and it was there for couple of days and when I got it back the hood wouldn't open so I took it back asap to the BMW dealer and they said it wasn't their problem and that I had to pay to fix the issue. When I drop it off the service advisor open the hood to get something from the engine my wife and I witness it. My mechanic told me there was nothing wrong with that part of the hood. Service My previous two visits to this dealership were not as pleasant. This one was mainly because I shared this info with the tech. Things went well this time but I'm still on the fence about this service center. Hopefully I'll have this same pleasant experience next time. If I don't I'll make a decision not to return.

review was at dealership off of Cherry waiting for it to open, when finally someone came out and told me you moved. Would have been nice to know that. You could have your Customer Service rep's tell the customers, "Remember we have moved" while on the phone booking the appointment. Did not get any emails stating you moved...... otherwise everyone is great as usual. Specially Anthony and Brian.
