Bad service Alex was not helpful and did not even care to give me a receipt for the airbag recall visit.

Great work but not Exceptional Car needed to be serviced due to ongoing coolant leak. This was interesting since we just had the car in a few months back for an engine replacement and replacement of all coolant hoses and a new radiator as suggested by the service manager. Told by the service advisor the expansion coolant tank was cracked and leaking and needed to be replaced at an additional cost. BMW Dealer Maintenance is way too expensive. Almost $900 for simple maintenance on my low mileage vehicle with nothing to repair?

Long Beach BMW service department!!!! 8-16-2017 we took our car 2002 m3 for a diagnose and a change oil if needed.. what they did is they didn't call us they change the freaking oil.and after they told us they need to replace the oil censor and needs to drain the oil again. If these people know what they're doing they should have too it off first and diagnose instead of changing the oil and draining it.

Don't waste time for this dealer This dealer refuses to negotiate price online or phone; they just want to visit in person; that is not the way of business in modern days. They can't beat any one's price; and no sale manager can decide on the price. Waste time.

Long Beach service department Everything they make it seems that me. Thomas from service department doesn't know what he's doing.last time they repaired a leak paid like 1800 then the following month he said the oils pan was leaking good thing I reminded him it might be the residue of the one they repaired next they said the leak from My ac is coming from the condenser we change it spent a lot again then last week we took the car he said ac seems to have a leak!!! LongBeach BMW Long Beach BMW - Great deal, but that's where it stops...Had a problem with a CPO vehicle a few hours after taking the car home. Contacted the sales advisor and my local BMW service center. Car was serviced 2 days after being purchased. A week later same problem, car back with BMW service for five days. When I contacted my sales advisor I was advised nothing can be done to compensate my inconvenience or having to miss work to have my newly purchased vehicle serviced. Won't be back I took my 2013 3 Series in for an intermediate oil change. Keep in mind this is a car with Prepaid maintenance still under full warranty. The service advisor argued with my wife and indicated the car did not need an oil change and then it was a waste of money. I also ask that they listen to the air conditioner on high speed as I thought it was making a funny noise. He indicated that the filters were not due to be changed in the cabin for two or three more months and that he would have to charge $180 to listen t... read more

Vehicle Repair Long Beach BMW replaced the engine of my vehicle 3 months ago. I had to bring it back four times for an array of other issue that the dealer claims are unrelated to the engine they replaced.
