The attention, the excellent customer service.. everything... Oh I forgot to mention, I live 30 miles far from Mini of Monrovia and I dont mind to drive all the way , my closer dealer is Mini Cooper of Universal City and they have the worst service ever, without mention they hit my car and didn't want to be responsible for the damage.

Rocky the embodiment of the dealerships above and beyond attitude towards customers. Rocky worked hard to make my purchase as simple as possible. Sarkis in the BMW Finance dept was a pleasure to deal with. He sent out for my favorite coffee drink while I waited for the DMV and contract paperwork to be finalized.
