This time I came in with a check engine light car idling high and needed a loaner car. The service advisor DeHuan and Rocky in sales both went out of their way to make sure I had a vehicle to get home in. DeHuan had my car finished quickly the next day. Thank you guys 👍🏻

"return visit" I had to go back to dealer because engine check light came back on the next day. Dealer said that they are permitted to change the valve but not the hose unless it fails after the valve replacement. spent 2 days at dealer instead of 1. Not efficient MINI!
"Couldn't has ask for better service" I went not really knowing what to expect but I left more than happy with the quality of service they provided. DeHuan Choi help me out and explain what exactly was wrong with my mini, walk me through the steps they were going to take to fix the issue. Two hours later I was out the door with my problem fix. Don't hesitate to use them they went above and beyond to make sure my car problem was fix. Great place, awesome service highly recommended.
"Mini Cooper Countryman " I had such a great experience while looking for which car to pick. Apollo was so informative and sooo friendly I felt like I was talking to one of my friends. Everybody at Monrovia Mini Cooper dealership were really pleasant and friendly! I would definitely recommend my friends to come check them out.
"Ryan in Service is great!" After many very low quality experiences at my local mini dealer I had completely lost faith. Thank goodness for Mini of Monrovia and their excellent service department! Ryan was attentive, followed through with his commitment and my car was fixed within 48 hours! (A far cry from Ontario who had my car for months..) Thanks Ryan for providing outstanding service!
