"Worst car nightmare, turned into the best service experience" I arrived to the service department with a big concern regarding the color of the coolant in my recently purchased (from a friend) 2009 Mini. "Great customer service" Had a regular maintenance service at mini of Monrovia. Dehuan was very helpful and explained all the options clearly. My license plate was brushed off inside the car wash facility and they were able to retrieve it for me the first thing the next morning after carwash opened. I would say this is a much much better experience than what I had from another mini dealer in LA area.
