"AC belt replacement, " First I want to thank Matt Clark for his great service. My AC suddenly stopped working and upon opening the hood found the damaged belt, rushed to the dealer and Matt was able to take me in and have the belt replaced. The Ac worked well but as I left I discovered my radio is not working. Went back today ( Matt is on vacation) to have it repaired and was turned away, as they did not have time, meanwhile my Navigation and radio as well as other related features are down, very inconvenient.

"Drop by check tire pressure" Drop by to check tire pressure, met with a representative and she refer me to Marie a service counselor she was pleasant, professional and did what was needed. The waiting room is pleasant and the staff are friendly. I’d recommend it to everyone to have their car serviced.

"Excellent service" I called to get an appointment. They gave me appointment the same day at 9.15 and was asked to see Parkson yee. Took my car to get some recalls done. I got to meet Parkson. Very friendly and professional service person. My car was ready the next day. I got a call from Parkson that my car is ready, and I should call them 15 minutes before arrival so they will have my car ready by service drive. Very satisfied with their work and their attitude.
