"AIRBAG RECALL" RECIEVED A CALL ABOUT AN AIRBAG RECALL FOR MY OLD BMW. MADE THE APPOINTMENT FOR EARLY MORNING, AIRBAG SERVICE TOOK LESS THAN TWO HOURS 7 THEY EVEN WASHED THE CAR BEFORE GIVING IT BACK. VERY EFFICENT, VERY PROFESSIOAL, AND GREAT EXPERENCE. ALL FOR NO CHARGE TO ME. ONLY ISSUE IS MY PAPERWORK CALLED FOR A MULTI POINT INSPECTION WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN I DONT KNOW WHY IT WAS LISTED WHEN IT DID NOT OCCUR.

"3 RECALlS ON 2007 BMW" Saturday, June 30 Greeted nicely by a young man, who was very courteous. TIM CHEN, who was also very courteous, summarized the three recalls to be repaired. Received a NEW BMW LOANER and left happily. To my surprise my car was fixed the same day and was told that front tires and rear brakes needed replacement. Glad I went for recalls and pleased that TIM CHEN was my service manager.
