"Great service " This was my first time at Monrovia BMW after being a lifetime customer at New Century BMW. I worked with Ryan Thay at BMW Monrovia. He was able to get me a loaner, and get me out on my way 15 minutes later. BMW of Monrovia was able to diagnose my issue instantly and fix it shortly after, where as New Century BMW told me there were no issues and sent me off with my car without repair. "Great customer service, no pressure" Bernard Khraich was a great salesman to work with. He made the process easy, was informative and helpful. We had a great test drive and decided to buy an i3. The paperwork was done quickly and efficiently (thank you, Bob!). Very happy with the purchase. When I had a questions days later, the response from email is fast and I got a follow up call as well to help me figure out how to activate a ChargePoint card. Easy peasy. Thanks, guys!

"Great service! " I worked with Marie Fakas. She's great. To the point and courteous. I waited on site. It went pretty well. Everybody there was smiling and welcoming. The facility was clean and people asked me if I needed to be helped and didn't leave me alone in my corner. When I bought my car there I had the best service and they worked well with me. I live in San Diego, yet I drove all the way that morning to go there and get my service done. That alone talks for itself.
