"friendly and efficiant " Caroline Johnson did a great job from beginning to end. She checked in my car quickly and had my loner car prepared fast as well. I look forward to bringing my car for service when she assists me.
"Prompt and courteous service" Appointment was made promptly for a recall repair. Matt at the service department checked the car in quickly and did not try to hard sell any other needed services. A shuttle service back home was provided without delay. The driver was friendly. It was a good experience from start to finish. Thank you.
"Excellent Customer Service" I took my car in for a regular maintenance visit. I was greeted and assisted by Time Cheng. From the get go, Tim was curious, helpful and very detailed with the process. Because my car was going to take a few hours to get serviced, Tim arranged for the shuttle to take me home. Tony the shuttle driver was outstanding. He was generous and very safety oriented.
