Keith saw some white stains on the new tires that were installed on my wife's X1, he wiped them off himself until they were all black and shiny.
I found this deal via the Mini of Monrovia website. It was a deal too good to be true. I went To the dealer to look at the Mini I was interested in. I walked in the door and met Brian, our salesman. He was kind and knowledgeable about Minis. I took a test drive and loved the Mini I was looking at. Brian answered all of my questions and showed me the price and probable car payment before I left. Parkson Yee was great. Explained to us what exactly needed to be done and took care of it in a timely matter. Pointed out other issues and got that fixed. Would go back to this service center because of his service.
Parkson did an outstanding job of communicating to me the expected time of completion, he is always pleasant to work with. We pass 4 dealerships to go there and work with BMW of Monrovia. Keep up the great work.
I purchased my MINI late on a Saturday night. Leon Levy had no problem showing us all the MINIs I wanted to see, answering all my questions, and even taking us for a test drive. He had a no pressure approach, very kind, professional, honest, and yes he got the deal and I made it worth his midnight working hours.
Jason Rangsipat was my service advisor and provided excellent customer service! He constantly communicated the status of my car and provided a loaner vehicle. The work done was very good and resolved the issue. Keep up the good work!
