Very professional people, great and fast customer service. They also provide shuttle and loaner services.I live in Burbank, but take my car to Monrovia to experience the red carpet treatment.
I don’t mind making the long drive to Monrovia for service to my mini. The employees especially Parkson are awesome. Always friendly and courteous. I feel like I’m in mini heaven while waiting for my car. Everything about that location is great.
My sales - Rocky is the best. He followed up with my purchase every step of the way and explain the process really well. The finance department is good at explaining my option and others. Definitely, recommend this dealership.
The service crew was very good and efficient! Drove out with a smoother running Mini. They gave me good advice on the tire situation! No charge for wipers, oil change and engine scope because I have the extended maintenance!
I had an alignment & a few other things done to my car. Kassandra was my service rep. She informed me what I needed & no surprise $$ when I picked my car up. Thank you Kassandra!
I brought my 2011 Mini in for it's regular service. Kassandra, the service provider, was professional and thorough with what needed to be worked on. She said the car would be ready in an hour and half but it was ready in an hour. Great service and very quick!
First time there with my car and Parkson and the rest of the staff I encountered were all GREAT!!!! And thanks for the cute loaner car!
Amazing service and they were being very helpful. My advisor is friendly and knowledgeable. I went there for my mini service twice both with the same advisor, I have great experiences. Strongly recommended!
As usual the service and professional attitude of “How can I help you” is the normal. Fantastic, fast great loaner, both Parkson and Rudy went above the regular service, always asking if there was anything else they could do. I give them my highest rating!
