In for routine service (service needed light was on), the service department was super busy and my car wouldn't be ready in a few hours but I was ok with that. Service Advisor Kassandra Villatoro was very courteous, professional and pleasant. She kept me informed on the progress and findings from the initial inspection. All in all, everything was A+. A few days ago I noticed some fluid on my driveway right away I called the dealership they advised me to bring it in so they can inspect the vehicle and found the water outlet gasket was the issue they repaired at no cost everything was covered under warranty and was repaired right away

My wife and I went looking for a fun, two person convertible. We walked into the Mini store of Monrovia and saw a John Cooper Works Convertible Mini that was just what we were looking for. Great room for a big guy 6'1 270. Great shape, certified pre-owned and a nice car. Salesman Sam H. walked us through the car and we walked away. Did a little research, called back up and asked if we could do the deal in a couple of hours on Sunday evening. Came by early on Sat. for my Mini for a Check Engine Light service. The service advisor Parson Yee was supper helpful , very prompt and pleasant . . I needed a loaner car and Cynthia Gonzales was very attentive in setting me up for one. I was very happy for the fast and friendly , Honest service . Thanks Mini of Monrovia and the crews.
We had an issue with Mini of Ontario not keeping an appointment that was scheduled a week on advance, to make a long story short Parkson Yee at Mini of Monrovia went above and beyond to make sure that we would be lifetime customers.

I LOVE this dealership! The nicest people to work with ever and they take great care of my mini. My latest visit on 8/15/2017 was, as usual, great but Parkson Yee made it even better by keeping me informed through out the day of what was happening. He said I could text him when I was ready to pick up my car and he'd have it all ready for me. I got there and it was washed & ready!! I was in & out in about 10 minutes!! Thanks Parkson!! I hope you're with Mini Monrovia for a long time!
My experience in the past was OK, but yesterday's was perfect. Parkson Yee gave me an excellent summary of my service record and remaining warranty, and suggested an additional service that really improved the performance of my JCW engine. The service was fast, and completed on time. Couldn't have been better.
