I have just leased a 2018 Mini Cooper Clubman S from Monrovia Mini. I would like to thank Mr. R. Bruce Harris for his excellent assistance. He was professional and very helpful.
I called about getting new tires. They only had two in stock but said they could get other two in 2 hours. I headed up there from West Covina and decided to wait. Ended up waiting 5 hours for everything to get done including alignment. Just too long. Next time I’ll drop off car. But this is longest I’ve ever waited to get new tires put on a car. Service guy was very nice and trying to keep me updated with progress but only so much he can do I guess.
I took my pre-owned Mini Cooper in for an oil change. Aaron, my awesome service rep, found a couple of items that needed to be replaced (covered under warranty) and had to keep my car over the weekend. He put me into a rental and text me the following Monday when the car was ready. I was sure that I was going to get hit with additional charges, but very much to my surprise, there were no hidden fees, and my car was clean as a whistle. Thank you Mini of Monrovia for not breaking my bank! -Maria
Went to Mini of Monrovia for some scheduled maintenance. I informed my service coordinator, Jason, of an issue that was separate from the maintenance. The issue was outside of warranty and the part that needed to be replaced was not sold separately; it was part of a bigger unit. Jason spoke to the service manager and he approved to replace the defective part at no cost to me. I offered to pay something, but they comp'd it. Jason was very understanding and helpful when I took my Mini in for service. He was communicative and caring and went out of his way to make my experience positive. I highly recommend this location!
Brought in newly acquired used mini for first service. All problems addressed/fixed. Service manager was upfront and honest. Recommended additional service (not pushing about it).
Kassandra knows me and knows that I maintain my car appropriately. She also knows that I have stringent time constraints or: preschool pick up time. She diagnosed my car and had it fixed and washed ahead of schedule! Parkson and Connie are great too!
Took my new car in yesterday for it's first oil change. Waiting are was nice and my car was ready when they said it would be. I have no complaints and that is something I have never said about a dealer before. I will use Monrovia Mini in the future.
Love their service and hospitality! The staff is so friendly and attentive to all your needs. I can't recommend this dealership over other Minis enough!
