Kassandra rocks! Okay, I got that out of the way. But really, she’s extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my service questions. Finished maintenance work as promised. No issues. Also, shout out to Roger! He’s such a great representation of your company! Go see Kassandra, she’ll take care of you. Go see Roger, he’ll sell you your next car! Mini of Monrovia is great!

Cassandra was my service advisor. Our Mini is still under warranty and as part of the inspection, she noticed that I need a new tire. We went through the pluses and minus and appreciated the fact that was not any high pressure or the feeling of trying to sell me something we didn't need.
Parkson yes was really helpful, and very good customer service. Thank you ! and also all the rest of the crew were really nice while I was waiting for my car I went shopping and when I came back all of them wanned to help me carry my bags !
Parkson is the service rep who has been helping me for the past year with all my Mini needs. He answers my calls right away, sets up appointments and gives me amazing service. I even brought my mom who also has a Mini but doesn’t live in the area. She’s hooked and is willing to drive 30 miles to Mini of Monrovia. Parkson is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Jason at Monrovia Mini was my service rep. I had a rear hatch water leak and strut situation. He was on top of both repairs. I’ll be goin back for any other maintenance issues without a worry.
