Everytime I am in for service the are always ready to to go above and beyond. The advisors are the best they have always been ontime and have my reserved loaner ready when i arrive..
I've always had the most personable, courteous and helpful service advisers at this Mini dealership. I've had all of my maintenance service performed here and on occasion have stopped by with a question or concern (without an appointment) , and have always been promptly helped. Happy customer :)
Our adorable Mini Cooper had her regular maintenance done. In addition to the flawless service, the report of works is a beauty by itself with all checks performed and visual/colored map ranging from "very good" to "may need future attention" to "needs immediate attention". Kudos, another satisfied customer.
July 03, 2017 SERVICE VISIT "very good reception by Yee Parkson. After the out standing service, my MIni 2015 convertible come back clean and on time promise. Alway good experience since I met Mr. Parkson.
Had my car towed here with a flat tire on a Sunday when they were closed. Monday morning we were called and my car was fixed by that afternoon. We always get the best service here.

The title of this review says it all. Our Advisor, Kassandra, was particularly thorough and explained everything to me. We got our Mini back clean and running just fine.
I took my 2013 Mini Countryman there for a very rare issue, considering 25,000 miles, it basically a very young car but just barely out of Warrantee, however, the Key would stuck at the port can't eject....I contact Mini USA & they were nice enough help paying for the repair & replacement!! Kassandra, my Service Adviser, is the BEST...& she accommodate me well.
