My wife and I got to take home a used MINI that we are absolutely in love with. Matt and the dealership were willing to work with us as far as holding the vehicle while we figured out our loan options. They answered all of our questions without hesitation and were very responsive to emails. Very pleased with our experience.

Robin was fantastic. He stayed late one evening to help me select the best winter tires for my car. He went above and beyond and I believe he genuinely was concerned for my safety.

Very nice people and did everything in a timely fashion ....my only complaint is that I was told the inspection would be no charge when I was there the previous month for service and ended up paying for it which I was a little confused about....other than that clean and happy place

I bought my Mini in 2011 and the Service Department was always good but I was thrilled to learn that Robin Cox joined the team, I knew him from a previous dealership, and he was always fair to me.

I had my wife's 2012 Countryman in for service and Robin and Luis are the best. Our car is out of warrantee and we had a unique intermittent problem that took some expertise to decipher. First they had one of their mechanics ride with me to experience the problem. Although it would not present when we went on the test drive, they investigated the computer, and would not return the car until it was completed. Never once did I think that they were going to perform something that was not needed to correct the problem. These guy... read more

I know when I visit the MINI dealership that my experience will be a good one. My car gets vacuumed and washed and the mechanical items performed are professionally done. All in all, the work has always been top-notch.
