Our Mini had a little problem with the radio. Luckily it was still under warranty. We called and was scheduled within a few days. We live over 200 miles away, but Robin, the service manager was great about giving us a loaner since the repairs would take a day or so. He kept us informed of the progress and told us when the car was ready for pickup. Not only was the radio replaced, the oil was topped, and the car was washed, vacuumed and actually cleaner than when we dropped it off! I can’t say enough about the service here. E... read more

2015 Countryman all4 S in for oil change, tire rotation, possible brakes - didn't need brakes. I appreciate the honesty! Robin and team are first class - I chose to wait for the car but they always offer me a loaner if needed. Always prompt and courteous.
