I had a great experience at The Sharpe Collection BMW in Grand Rapids, MI. Mr. Dave Tonning from The Sharpe Collection was not an average sales advisor. He knows BMW inside out! Mr. Tonning was very informative about all different series of BMW including mechanics, engines, history of productions, qualities, advantages, and not to forget the driving experience! The experience of purchasing a new vehicle is exciting but at times can be a bit overwhelming. Buying our BMW X3 from Sharpe Motors was one of the most pleasant buying experiences I have had to date. From the initial inquiry to the delivery of the vehicle in Ohio, every point of contact exceeded my expectations. The pricing was very competitive, but the service was outstanding! We had been dreaming of a Mini for some time. Living in Lansing, we did not have a Mini dealership close to us. We recently purchased a new Mini cooper clubman. Shaun was outstanding in all aspects for the transaction and his customer service level was excellent. I would highly recommend Shaun if your thinking of looking at a mini, his knowledge, patience and ability to keep us informed all the way through the process was just great. my experience was amazing! I went in not expecting to find my dream car at a price I could afford but I was blown away when with in just a few minutes I found it and soon would be making my dream come true by becoming the owner of my MINI :) I was and still am so excited and extremely happy of my new beautiful car!
