The entire dealership has a welcoming atmosphere to it. I came in knowing I wanted a Mini, but knew nothing about the options, or even how to drive a manual. The lack of knowledge made me a bit nervous, but the fantastic people there, specifically Q, stepped in to make any questions an opportunity to learn. No matter your level of knowledge of these cars, the people there are ready to help you in making the right decision for you.

The service was great. They were very quick in responding to me, answering all my questions with genuine details and made all the paperwork very quick and painless. Everyone was very friendly and they definitely paid attention to provide me with all details to the car I bought. I would definitely highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in its cars.

My first BMW bought from my city's dealer. In the past I've bought a used BMW off of eBay and leased a new BMW from another dealer in the state. From the point I met Dan on my first visit for a test drive, through additional test drives and frequent email communication, I found him knowledgeable, friendly, and not overly pushy. Dan has been nothing but a true professional since day one. This is the 2nd BMW I have purchased from him; this one through the European delivery program. Dan is knowledgable, patient and very detailed, and has made this acquisition an enjoyable one. I had been shopping for a used SUV for about three months. When I first met Ric, I did not buy the SUV I test drove, but he kept my contact info and said he would keep an eye out for me when SUV's were traded in at the dealership. We purchased a new BMW X-5 a year ago and have had a few questions regarding Navigation and Electronics. I worked with Quentin Groce several times; he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to work with. I have been in the service industry my entire life and have rarely encountered an individual so committed to making the customer's experience as satisfying as possible. He is definitely an asset to The Sharpe Collection and I would highly recommend Quentin as your go-to salesperson!!!

The entire process of buying a car was foreign to us, you see the last car we purchased was in 2003.
