After talking with him its clear he is very passionate about his work, which made the entire buying process easy and enjoyable. Rick is an outstanding sales professional. He took time to present all car features and he made himself available to us after hours if we had an questions after we left the dealership. Just bought a new Mini Countryman from Shaun. It was a great experience. Very helpful and worked with me on decisions. So far I love my Mini. Only have a little over 100 miles so far. I was used to driving a Yukon with a 26 gal. gas tank. So the Mini is so different, it is going to take time to get use a smaller car. I would recommend anyone to try the Mini out. This is my first car purchase on my own. This is my third lease with Sharpe BMW and Dan Erdei. Dan did a great job in walking me through the process and made it painless. Dans communication was great and very helpfull.
