Ric Conkey and the entire Sharpe team were very professional, friendly,and helpful. Ric did an excellent job comparing and contrasting the BMW 328i with the competition. I ordered my New Mini Countryman from Florida this winter. I was able to order it exactly like I wanted for the same price as any on the lot. I was told I had a 12 week wait but, it arrived a month early! Shaun was so much help and easy to work with...I love it and I have only had it a few hours. I would recommend a Mini and Sharpe any time..everyone wants to drive my little Go Cart car! LOVE IT
We were very pleased working with Shaun Waid and George Sharpe, Jr. Shaun was extremely helpful in helping us pick out what vehicle we wanted and what items to add to it. Likewise, he did an exceptional job keeping us informed on the progress after ordered it, and then explaining the vehicle when we went to pick it up. George was very helpful and friendly along the journey.
I had a great experience with the Sharpe Collection, and especially with the my sales associate Shaun Waid. He was friendly, down to earth, and knowledgeable, which made the process of making such a large purchase much easier. This is my 6th lease and it was a seamless experience from start to finish. I found the car that matched me perfectly with expert assistance. The car arrived when promised and with little time on paperwork I was in the car! Ric did a great job explaining all the bells and whistles. The new BMW 528i is all and more than promised.
Over Christmas I had two weeks to find a new car. Unfortunately, my Fiance had totaled my last car so I didn't have much time, and not as much money as I would have wished to find a car with. I was at work in downtown, GR. The weather was terrible, to say the least. I needed to continue working and, given the weather, it would have taken an hour to be picked up by a Sharpe employee, brought to Sharpe to get a loaner, and, then, drive back downtown. To keep that from happening, after Sharpe closed at 6:30 p.m., Mick, in service, had his wife follow him from Sharpe to drop off a loaner to me at my downtown office. I purchased two Mini Cooper's from Shaun Wade at Mini of Grand Rapids within 18 months. He is friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and follows up promptly when questions exist. He coordinates well with others. I would recommend him to a friend. I have had occasion where service took a substantial amount of time. Mini took care of me with use of a loaner vehicle, which was great, but I had to request it and update calls regarding service work. We were looking for a car, so we went to the BMW dealership as soon as we walked in Quentin Groce greeted us and welcomed as in, and tried to find what we were looking for. Once we got what we were looking for an x3 or and x5 Quentin went to work and tried his hardest/ the best he could do to find the one we wanted and get it to us as soon as possible. Once we found are x3 he made sure we got it serviced in one day, and when we came to pick up are new car he made sure to go over every little detail we needed.
