As this was my first time buying a car from a dealer, I was a bit nervous! Fortunately, I worked with Dan who was easy to work with, straightforward, and kind. The car was in phenomenal shape besides some strange residue in the rear seats. So I refused to sign anything until they cleaned it. They called a leather expert and really made sure that I was content with the car. I just picked up my Range Rover from being serviced by Sharpe Land Rover of Grand Rapids. I am always a skeptic when picking up a vehicle after being serviced; never knowing what to expect. I purchased my new MINI cooper right before the New Year from MINI of Grand Rapids, I cannot be thankful enough for the help of Shaun Waid. I scheduled my MINI convertible for some warranty work as well as a full detailing (inside and out). While the work took a little longer than I expected, I wasn't bothered by it since I was given a brand new loaner to use. I received my car back today it it looked like new thanks to the fine detailing service! Thanks!!!
Everyone at Sharpe BMW has treated me very well calling me by name. The have always been very freindly and helpful and the work has always been to my satisfaction.
My sales associate, Quentin Groce, was everything one would hope for in shopping for a fine motor car...namely, professional, courteous and knowledgable. I was impressed with the quality of my BMW but it was the rapport with the sales associate that put it over the top for me. I was thorough in visiting nearly every dealership on 28th street. Let me start by saying that I am a small business owner that deals in luxury items, so I am familiar with salesmen and how a customer should be treated. I am also a frequent care leaser who never holds a car for longer then 2 years. So far, I have stuck with Japanese luxury brands like Lexus and Acura. Shaun (Motor Advisor) was very professional and helpful - I knew I wanted to purchase a Mini, and he made it happen! Shay (Business Manager) handled all the paperwork effortlessly - a huge timesaver in my overly busy life. I was delighted to discover that even the maintenance is easy because they offer a free loaner program. For a relatively price-conscious car, I felt that I was treated like a luxury car buyer. I haven't bought a car at a dealership since 1997 - and was completely delighted by this experience.
I had one concern after the sale that the dealer handled to my complete satisfaction. It is nice to know that you they value you as a customer after the dale as well.
