Sharp has always gone the extra mile for the customer. We had a few things wrong with a previous 5 series vehicle. The issues were factory issues that probably should have been caught at the dealership, nothingnmajor more of an inconvenience after the issue was fixed the dealer offered to "make it right" and had a CD changer installed for us at no charge. We are leasing our second 5series and own a Z4.

Ashley is always very responsive (and timely) to any inquiries I've made in the 10 months I've owned my car. She keeps me well informed about the progress of any service that has been performed on my vehicle. Above all, she is friendly courteous and has a lovely personality to boot!

Dan was a true professional during the entire car buying experience. I would highly recommend him to others seeking to purchase a BMW. Ashley in Mini service is great! She knows what's going on, and keeps the customer informed. She's helpful and always greets you with a smile that makes you feel good about coming in for service. Having a loaner car available is also a plus at Sharpe.

I have never had a bad experience with the Mini Service Manager, Ashley Rickert, or the Sharpe Dealership in general. They have supplied me with alternate transportation during warranty service and with a comparable type vehicle!! The cookies and lounge are a great addition to the waiting experience. I have even brought the portable office with me while waiting for the anual service treatment.

Ashley is always friendly and honest. I trust what she says needs to be done! Ashley is always smiling and happy no matter how busy she seems! I enjoy the wait if I wait. The waiting area is clean and always appreciate the refreshments. I would recommend Mini of Grand Rapids to anyone.

Ashley Rickert is the person I correspond with the most at the Mini dealership. She answers the phone and email: she not only schedules the appointment, she will call back with the best times and inform me of the best deals for my situation. In person, she is friendly, quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Ashley knows her cars and her job inside & out.
