We had a few hic-ups with the new Mini in the first few days. The issue was not diagnosed and fixed correctly the first time, but they got it taken care of the second time in. They did make up for it with great customer service and follow up through the whole process and provided a loaner for the duration of both service visits. I'm very happy with the service and continued attention from both Shaun and George - both went the extra mile to ensure we were happy and satisfied with the Mini and our experience with them.

Typically I do not drive 300 miles to purchase a car. This was my first such experience, and a truly satisfying one. The LR2 was exactly as portrayed on the web site, and Brian was very informative when we spoke on the phone and via email. He was most helpful, and I felt confident about purchasing the car from him over the phone. Shaun went out of his way to help me and find the perfect fit for my needs. Throughout the entire sales process, Shaun was very attentive. The purchase was made after hours on a weekend, yet Shaun took his time and made sure the vehicle was prepped and fueld before delivery. In addition, Shaun has continually followed up to ensure that I am happy with my purchase and has answered my all my question post sale.

Shaun was an outstanding sales person. He spent the time needed to insure that we had every option that we wanted on the car that we ordered. If fact he bent over backwards to go over every detail of the car. Shaun also kept us informed every step of the way with regard to tracking our car from the manufacture to the dealership. I was blown away with the fantastic service, the great communication, and overall friendliness of the staff working at the Sharpe MINI. Shaun was great in keeping me updated with MINI emails, helping me pick accessories, and was essential in the process to getting me the MINI of my dreams. I cannot believe that he arranged for the MINI to be delivered to me in Detroit. That was just above and beyond my expectations. I've never had a more pleasant car buying experience or have been more satisfied with a new car purchase.

I had a 2006 Mini and loved it. I ordered it from the factory so it had everything I wanted on it. I wasn't certain I wanted to purchase a new one. Shaun was patient and helpful during my decision making process. I love my new all black Mini - she is appropriately named - Shifty!! Jan MacGregor

Overall experience was very good. I had an initial problem with the dealership over incorrect paperwork on the vehicle I leased, but it was corrected to my satisfaction. My initial response was not very favorable, but that has changed and I plan on being a repeat customer.

I was impressed with Shaun Waid when I visited the dealership approximately two weeks before we purchased the Mini Cooper and took his card. When my wife and I returned two weeks later, Shaun greeted me like an old friend. He was very pleasant, patient and thorough as he demonstrated the fundamental and unique features of the car. We took a test drive, loved the car and went to lunch to decide on which car to purchase. We are very happy with Sharpe & Dan! We were going to trade in our 2006 X3 for a Ford but Dan gave us a deal we couldn't refuse on a new 2011 X3. We have been very happy with the service at Sharpe overall, we have recommended it to friends and co-workers numerous times. It's nice to have a history with this dealership, they have treated us very well and we will continue to shop with them in the future as long as we can afford it!
