Thank you for the exceptional service and professionalism of your great team at The Sharpe Collection, specifically with regard to a replacement key for our recently purchased 2007 Range Rover. Mr. David Wodarski delivered the highest level of service and support in providing the missing key for our vehicle. Shaun was great to work with, he was very accomodating and not pushy at all. Mr. Sharp also came out and talked with me which made me feel like each and every customer is important to them. This is not the case with most other dealerships that I have been to.

I am always very happy with the work that the Sharpe Collection does on my BMW 530xi Sport Wagon-- I generally work with Jason who is easy to get a long with- I can easily set-up appointments and communicate with him on email and goes the extra mile ensuring that I have a loaner car or has the service done in a timely fashion-- I have always gotten my service done at Sharpe and have never had any issue with the parts, etc that they have used and (they) have always explained why they are doing what they are doing-- I would re... read more

Dan goes out of his way to help make and close a deal. He also helps with service after the sale. Justin has been great in the service department and also goes out of his way to help resolve any service related problems. There is also the follow-up action to be sure the problem has been resolved.

great experience but how can anyone ever rate price as "great"?! the car seems great in the first few days that I have had it. the accelerator seems a bit touchy but it may be that i just need to get used to it. Dan spent extra time getting the XM radio set up - thanks

This dealership has perhaps the best follow through on sales and service that I have ever experienced. Their service department on the Land Rover brand is professional, friendly and attentive, quite rare today. I have had 2 Range Rovers and have been very happy with the vehicle, sales staff and especially the service staff.

The Sharpe Collection lives up to its reputation as being the Premiere dealership in Grand Rapids. Their service is excellent! I was so impressed with the service from my first vehicle from them, I bought another new vehicle from them. I was given a Range Rover by my children and their spouses as a retirement gift. Brian did an excellent job in working with them in making sure it was a delightful surprise by going along with their careful plans to deliver the car at a time when it was most appropriate. He approached me in my driveway with my wife and all of our children and grandchildren there in the front yard and started handing me the keys to the Range Rover which he had gently eased into the driveway.
