It was a pleasure working with Dave Tonning. He has a lot of product knowledge but he didn't over do it. He spent the time going through the features upon delivery to make sure our experience would be a good one.
We tried six different makes of cars in the end we decided on a bmw because of performance of the car and the outstanding customer service that came with the car. We thought the warranty and the kind of door to door services showed us that Shape was willing to stand behind their automobiles.
Great experience buying the first SUV love the car . Brain justema was great on explaining the details and helping out during closing the deal. Staff over sharpe collection from salesman to the finance department are all very kind and polite ..... thank you all....
Since the purchase of my first Mini a month ago, I have been astonished at the quality of service and desire to satisfy practiced by your Grand Rapids location. Shawn has gone out of his way to provide top-notch service in every sense of the word. Brought my BMW for service and dealt with Jason Bigelow. Jason is always very helpful and knowledgeable about my problems. We set up a date to bring it in and supplied me with a loaner. Everything went very well and I am always satisfied with the work that is done. thank you, Tim
Jason is the BMW service advisor at The Sharpe Collection. I have found him to be responsive, cooperative, knowledgeable, and friendly. He projects the attitude that you are doing the dealership a favor by having it service your car rather than the other way around. He also offers to provide alternate transportation if the service to be done requires that you leave your car, as opposed to having it done while you wait.
Very good service experience. Jason was friendly, confident, and very sharp. He anticipated questions that I might ask, and had researched them prior to calling me with the diagnosis and service options. As a result, our conversations were concise, and I felt good about giving him the "go ahead" to repair our vehicle. The quality of the actual service was very good.
I purchased my classic 1981 lincoln from sharpe...Shaun waide made the whole process effortless for me!!! A couple phone calls and faxes and BAM....my car was truck shipped to me in Alabama in just a few days....I have owned the car for over 1 year now; and I STILL get emails from Shaun! This is our first BMW. The entire process, from first look until we drove off with or new BMW only took (7) days Dan and everyone else at Sharpe was friendly and to the point. Our questions were answered completely and very timely. We discussed our wants, needs, and expectations with Dan and he was able to show us the exact car we wanted the first time. Once we sat in the car and got comfortable with the staff at Sharpe, we knew there ws no need to look further. .
