Good experience in leasing a 2011 Mini Countryman! Shaun did a fine job. Will probably lease another Mini when current lease is up in 3 years.

I had previously visited a different Mini dealer and had a "so - so" experience. I was happily surprised by the friendliness that was exhibited by all of the people at Mini of Grand Rapids. The car I had requested to test drive was ready when I arrived and was configured (Cooper S with manual transmission)like the car I had designed online, unlike at the other dealer. I really struggled with the color choice for my Mini. I KNEW I wanted this Mini. I just couldn't choose the color. After ordering the Light Coffee I panic'd... asked Shaun to change to White. "No problem." Then panic'd again. Asked Shaun to change to Red. "No problem." Then... decided I was being silly and the original Light Coffee was PERFECT for me.
