I purchased a used vehicle from the dealership. Even though the vehicle was used, it was in amazing shape and the price for the quality was very good! Shaun was awesome to work with, he quickly dealt with any questions that I had about the vehicle itself or the financing of the vehicle. I would definitely take a look at this dealership for my next vehicle purchase!
I have recently moved to Maryland and miss the service I got from Sharpe BMW in Grand Rapids, MI (although I don't miss MI!). It's so good you take it for granted after a while. The first time I had my car serviced out here though, all I could think was how much I was going to miss those guys! Quick to get you in with a problem, great communication, things are fixed the first time and the car is ready when they say it will be! It's worth buying a BMW for the service you will get.
The service my husband and I received at Sharpe was outstanding. Not only was the staff knowledgeable and friendly, but they went above and beyond to ensure we would be happen with our car. When we are ready for another vehicle, we will certainly be going back.
On my first visit to Sharpe, my intention was simply to test-drive a Mini, an object of fond longing for years; I wasn't expecting to buy one for another couple months. However, the sales consultant, Shaun, pointed out that any Mini I ordered built to my personal specs wouldn't be ready for almost that long anyway, so I excitedly placed my order and drove back to Kalamazoo on a cloud. Shaun was great and very helpful! He was the most helpful person in the office and greatly appreciate the time he spent with me explaining everything since I was a first time buyer.
My experience with the guys at the Mini Dealership in Grand Rapids Michigan was great. I came in and was able to buy my mini in one day. The most unexpected benefit of the service at the dealership was that they delivered my Mini to me in Fort Wayne Indiana (3 hours away). There is no Mini dealership in Fort Wayne, so this service was very much appreciated.
Shaun and George Jr. really put it together quickly for me. Sharpe did not have my car in its inventory but these two located and worked a deal with a Chicago dealership on a Friday afternoon. They arranged a Saturday drive to Chicago to get my happy yellow Mini. Monday morning Shaun phoned to say it was "in"; I asked for a few additional items and picked it up on Tuesday. A VERY HAPPY Mini owner am I!
Living in Iowa, Shaun has bent over backwards to answer, rememdy and get us answers when needed. Your service dept. has been great to work with, and very far in price and time needed in caring for our mini. Highly recommend Sharpe and especially, Shaun1
