Moving in on 10/11! This review is purely for James Sammons (Assistant Community Manager) who has been helping us with the application process and getting out new home! He is SO FRIENDLY and VERY personable. It comforts me to know that the people I will be giving my hard earned money to, I actually respect and like. In shopping for San Diego apartments, I found a place I really liked. In talking to the manager, I asked who their biggest competitors were, and Mirabella was at the top of the list. I decided to check it out, and boy am I glad I did. I moved in summer of 2012, and love it. I'll try and pare this down to my favorite things: 1) LOOKS amazing. I have been living here for 2 years and I'm very happy. I have seen many positive upgrades and changes throughout the year. I have all the amenities that one could ask for.. a clean gym, yoga room with a couple classes a week available, complementary to residences, salt water heated pool, with huge jacuzzi, and a nice club room, with pool table, tv's and a great place to entertain. I can't say enough good about this property and the staff,I feel like I live in a resort. The staff are so friendly and so helpful ,anytime I have a question . It is a big complex with all age ranges welcome. This property is always clean with fun perks added in ,just because they want us to be happy. If you are looking for quality,luxury @ a fare price stop your search, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!
I LOVE living at Mira Bella. The apartments are spacious and gorgeous, with modern/updated appliances like stainless steel and granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. The dark espresso wood cabinetry is so classy and elegant, it's definitely a style you won't find anywhere else. Also, HELLO AMENITIES! And, they're ALL included in the rent. Since my last review a few things have definitely improved! I feel like they completely brought the cleanliness up a notch for one thing. I'm noticing the elevators are staying clean as well as the gym equipment. Also, they've added a new trash removal system that makes disposal easier (not that it needed to be) and tidiness in the overall complex much more apparent. No more smelly trash rooms! The cool thing about this place is that it is located right off the 805 freeway and 163. I think you can quickly get anywhere in sSD from here. A very central location. We have been at Mira Bella for about 6 months. Mira Bella is located by the 163/805 intersection. It was kind of a pain to move in but we had movers so it made it easier on us. Trucks always block the entrance because this is the only space they fit and cannot go in the garage. We enjoy the complex, amenities (cooking demonstrations, gym area). The difficult aspect of this process is weighing the over optimistic apartment reps and the angry residents who tend to post reviews.
