Get directionsMy fiancee and I brought our dog Riley in, from our vets advice because his breathing was elevated. They kept him overnight, ran x-rays and things, and did not find anything. Unfortunately, our Riley did not make it. But, I wanted to thank them for helping us when we didnt have a lot of options. We appreciated what you do, and I know Riley also appreciates it. I wish the outcome was different, but thank you for helping him to The Rainbow Bridge.

My husband and I had to bring our black lab in last night due to seizures. Unfortunately we had to let him go but Dr. Roach and her team did an amazing job walking us through everything step by step. They were extremely sympathetic about everything. I hope I never have to come back but if I do I’ll know I’ll be in good hands..

My boy Duey crossed the Rainbow Bridge on 3/5/2024. Your staff gave us three extra years, we may not have gotten from other veterinary services simply because of all of the talent and resources you have. You all diagnosed diabetes in May of 2021 and then Dr. Costa discovered thyroid issues 2 years ago. Dr. Murphy helped us manage Duey's congestive heart failure and other cardiac issues. Star was seen for pneumothorax. The staff was terrific all the while we had our dog at the hospital and also aftercare. Star had surgery performed by Dr Pyne. We were updated regularly and the team was very responsive to all our questions. We are happy with the care that was given to our pet from beginning to the aftercare! Thank you to the entire staff!⭐️

From the moment we walked in, we knew we had come to the right care hospital! The receptionists (Jackie and Nicole) didn’t hesitate when we said our boy Kieran was having problems breathing. Daisy was our precious 14-year old dachshund. She was admitted after an ER visit and they took excellent care of her for two days until we had to make the difficult decision so she wouldn’t suffer. Alisa was so helpful as a Vet Tech. Ashley greeted us when we arrived for the emergency and she was there at the end. Dr. Heidel was thorough and honest in her assessment. We appreciate the way you cared for Daisy and us.

In the past 4 months, we have had 4 dogs needing treatment at MVES. Charlie was a challenging diagnosis as his only symptom was drastic weight loss and Dr. Costa figured it out. Our Chief was misdiagnosed by another vet for 2 years, correctly diagnosed by Dr. Costa, and ended up in emergency surgery with Dr. Friesen a few weeks later from a complication of the misdiagnosis, followed by a resistant infection, treated by Dr. Pyne and Dr. Wilson. Everyone was very kind. Our almost 21 year old cat was in pain and we knew that she wouldn't recover. We were lucky to find this facility. They had a comfortable private room for us to say goodbye. They gave us options for how we wanted to handle the procedure and we could feel that they genuinely cared about our loss.
