My Murphy spent the night under their care for extreme dehydration after an abrupt onset of vomiting and diarrhea. From the moment I walked in the staff was professional and caring. They contacted and communicated with my primary veterinarian and provided lifesaving care. I couldn’t be happier with the care he received!!

It was a difficult experience for us. Our beloved cat was very ill and after a few days we had to make the decision to let her go. Working with the team during the difficult time made it easier and we felt that they not only respected us and what we needed but Momma Cat as well.

I brought my 6 month old kitten in because he was having problems breathing, unfortunately he didn't make it but the staff was so amazing through the entire process, along with quick to act and being efficient. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Just like our human ER, there was a long wait to be expected. But all of the employees obviously were very attentive to the pets, including mine. Bri ( our dog) slipped on an old Step and Cut a gash in her right hip. I called my practitioner at eight in the morning and they didn’t get back to me until 130 so I headed to Mission vet And was told that usually if you do stitches they need to be within a six hour window. Our sweet pup was transferred from his primary vet in very critical condition. The staff immediately reviewed his records and understood the nature of his injury. They were very up front and honest with us from the get go. While it was heartbreaking to hear, we appreciated knowing everything. Our sweet boy has been in ICU and everyone has been amazing communicating with us!

We took our beloved dog to the Mission West Emergency clinic. They were so caring and thoughtful at every stage of putting her out of her misery. She was crying and could not stand up because of her suffering with Cushings disease. They gently took her in, relieved her suffering and brought her in to us while they put her to sleep giving us enough time to say goodbye. My 20 year old cat went downhill very quickly and our regular vet was on vacation. The staff at Mission were stellar in their care and understanding from my daughter that called all the way from CA to every moment of my visit. Their compassion was off the chart. I highly recommend them.
