This place saved my kittens life! Staff is so friendly. Were very attentive to my concerns and got in contact with me immediately once they found out what was wrong. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

What a blessing to have this place when my usual vet is closed or unable to see my pups. We've always received excellent care. And yes, it will take a bit longer maybe than you're used to, but everyone cares and has been so kind in what I imagine can be a very stressful job.

Overall very pleased with Mission Medvet but only have problem with pharmacy side especially after today. I got two scripts refilled today and pills were not cut in half. Both scripts call for adminstering 1/2 pill twice a day. Called back into the vet to ask them to cut the pills in half for me. When the nurse brought the pills back to me she was rather rude and hateful. You can get your pet taken care of here but i recommend get the medicine somewhere else if possible. We are very happy with this place! Vets are obviously expensive and they were very upfront with how expensive it was gonna be. Whiskey, our boy had a condition called Pyothorax. Treatment and surgery was complicated but the communication was very good with the doctors and nurses taking care of our little boy. After the surgery unfortunately we couldn't see him because of COVID so the staff was always polite with my 100 calls a day asking for updates even doing FaceTime with him. Pet owners that live anywhere around northeast Johnson County: Bookmark this spot. I sure hope you don't have to come here, but it never hurts to have a plan in case of emergency. We left our dog in his kennel for a few hours to nap in the A/C while we were out. When we came home, there was all kinds of mess everywhere (vomit, diarrhea) which was shocking to come home to. Couldn't be more pleased with the care my Max received after eating sugar free gum. Every staff member was professional, informed, and pleasant. Shout out to Dr. Powell for putting up with my anxiety for 3 days. He is not out of the woods yet but on the mend. I would place any future needs (please no) in their capable hands.

One of the few 24/7 emergency clinics around I am very thankful they were here. No matter the time, they will take care of you. Thinking of paying a visit? Let's settle some things. Most negative reviews talk about price. Straight up, yes they are a cash-grab. But that's the $99 convenience fee of being seen at midnight when everywhere else is closed. My dog got a torn ACL injury - she was limping all the time. I did a lot of research and met w/ a few vets. I settled on Dr. Allen because he is a specialist in this Surgery and had a good 'bed side manner' with both me and my dog . My two 12 pound dogs got into sugar free gum--one piece is toxic for that weight and they chewed 26 pieces. Got them to this hospital quickly and they were the most professional, kind and compassionate people. After 3 days of around the clock monitoring and medication the dogs were able to come home. I am so grateful that a horrible incident resulted in such a success!
