We appreciate the kind, compassionate care our dog received from the staff at Mission Vet. We brought our golden retriever in last week and this practice was so good to us and our dog. Dr. Hardy (I think that was his name) was kind and thorough when explaining his diagnosis. He gave us all the privacy and time we needed to say good bye to our boy. I was a little worried with some of the latest reviews... almost turned away! So glad I didn't. This place was amazing, we had a little bit of a wait but overall 2 hours for an eye infection was tolerable, considering this place was pretty busy on a 4th of July holiday. Everyone was polite and upfront with the cost of this emergency visit. 130.00 just to be seen... fyi... plus whatever cost are added for the care of your furry kiddo. Well worth it to me. Dr. Richards needs to work on her bed side manner. Her monotone voice had no sympathy in it for our very sick dog when we saw her to go over treatment options. We saw a tech that was very helpful and sympathetic but honestly everyone else needs and attitude adjustment.

Mission Veterinarian Emergency provided outstanding care and support for our dog, Beau. The doctors and staff provided exceptional care and always kept us informed while our dog spent five days in the ICU. Most impressive was the care and kindness provided by Mackenzie. She looked after Beau in the ICU as if he was her own pet. She was there for him with hugs, pets, and encouragement even when we couldn't be. The entire ICU Team - and especially Mackenzie- were amazing.

This place saved my kittens life! Staff is so friendly. Were very attentive to my concerns and got in contact with me immediately once they found out what was wrong. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

What a blessing to have this place when my usual vet is closed or unable to see my pups. We've always received excellent care. And yes, it will take a bit longer maybe than you're used to, but everyone cares and has been so kind in what I imagine can be a very stressful job.

Overall very pleased with Mission Medvet but only have problem with pharmacy side especially after today. I got two scripts refilled today and pills were not cut in half. Both scripts call for adminstering 1/2 pill twice a day. Called back into the vet to ask them to cut the pills in half for me. When the nurse brought the pills back to me she was rather rude and hateful. You can get your pet taken care of here but i recommend get the medicine somewhere else if possible. We are very happy with this place! Vets are obviously expensive and they were very upfront with how expensive it was gonna be. Whiskey, our boy had a condition called Pyothorax. Treatment and surgery was complicated but the communication was very good with the doctors and nurses taking care of our little boy. After the surgery unfortunately we couldn't see him because of COVID so the staff was always polite with my 100 calls a day asking for updates even doing FaceTime with him.
