Hard to book, higher prices, misleading discount $50 for booking on chat!
Communication WAS clear until (now) the "day of pick-up". Now no one is available for chat. Enter information and no response. No response started after estimated time of arrival/for pick-up. Previous communication availability was there even in different days and time previous to said arrival and time
Transmission pan has a dent in it now
The driver was awful. Very unfriendly. He cannot speak English either (Korean)

Getting 5 text messages from different numbers offering to help did NOT help me make my decision. It was annoying.
Our car purchase did not take place, so the anticipated transport was cancelled. However, Montway charged my credit card $349 for no service, and even after contacting customer service, who assured me the charges would be reversed, they have not been. Currently my bank is protesting the charges. I was quite impressed with Montway's professionalism and courtesy until they placed the charge for doing nothing and haven't reversed them.
