No communication from the driver and unreliable information from Montway. Very disappointing

The process has been rather painful so far
So many problems I don't know where to begin. I ordered premium service and was told I would be notified BEFORE my BMW would be picked up, so I could alert the dealer. However, driver just picked it up without notifying anyone. Driver NEVER notified me during route and neither did Montway, contrary to their advertising, so I had to call Montway every day to find out where my BMW was. I appreciate the option to prepay using my credit card, but the price is about 50% higher than expected.
Very disappointed that we were promised delivery for an extra $50 then the delivery was not followed through at that time and we had to wait days and did not get the $50 back.
The chat was superfluous.
