The vehicle you sent was not a flatbed tow truck suitable for a classic car. And I mentioned the car does not roll well, especially the rear wheels, needs to be picked up from the rear and pulled from rear onto a flatbed tow truck with the ability to get down to the ground. The trailer sent does not get down to the ground and is good for tractors and other off-road vehicles. Montway has been great. However, my vehicle was to be delivered 7-10 days after pickup. It has been sitting at the port in Oakland for over a week at this point

Confusing to deal with so many different people. I was getting emails from several different people the quote. The online process was not smooth and I had to resort to phone calls on several occasions which was sometimes difficult considering the time difference. The original dispatcher's telephone number was not a valid number. The resulting confusion caused quite a bit of stress as the vehicle was at port and had a limited time before storage fees were charged. In my previous response I noted that the pick up was not at my door. The driver called from nearly 2 miles away saying he would not be able to come to my residence due to the truck size. I understand that but I had to walk the 2 miles back home. A bit of a disruption. Not too many Ubers around here. Not sure he tried to come by to try or just made an easy excuse. The drop off at the destination was flawless.
