A miserable experience with horrific customer service

Horrible.
PayPal invoice takes me to an "invalid merchant option" and your payment system HAS *NO* SECURITY PROTOCOLS.
We said $800 Quote is for $839. Not worth arguing, but a bit disappointed.
Fast setup. Easy to navigate. Using for a 3rd time. After initial confirmation, I received a call from montway saying that the negotiated price initially would be $60 higher due to the driver's request. When the car was delivered, the driver stated that their price was fixed and did not increase so I feel like a bait (low price) was given initially only to switch (higher price) for your company gain. Bad customer service!
Jose from MZP transportation upon arrival at pick -up was immediately trying to get us to cancel our order with Montway and go direct with him for less money. He shoved his phone in my face and said 'See, see, they(Montway) only pays me $500!. Very unsettling to hand over your vehicle - a Mercedes, to a guy who is already attempting to undercut the company that gave him the business as well as harassing the customer. You called me two days before picking up my vehicle asking for $100 more before you can pick up my vehicle although I have signed the contract and render $229 security deposit. I'm am not pleased at the moment!!
