Just disappointed that I can’t book pick up date now. I need to get flights booked
Very confusing pick up
Confusing to connect with different people, live chats, phone calls.
I didn't feel a personal attention to my service
the whole process seems very sketchy and very little information is given about the process. also, you dont even find out who the carrier will be until its assigned later after booking... also there was a scratch along my whole drivers side from the very front all the way to the back. I have a video of it. Unfortunately I wasn't there to pick up my car so my mom did and she didn't look over the vehicle when it arrived. Will not use Montway again.
Disappointed by the surprise $300 price increase only 10 minutes after Montway representative Blake quoted me $2029. I have since learned this is typical in your industry. I came to Montway because another broker already pulled that same stunt on me. Very disappointing. Provides encouragement to buy my own enclosed trailer.
I was quoted one price. Booked online and the price was significantly higher. Very deceptive!
shipped 4-5 cars 1 took entirely to long
I stated to the person on the phone that the pick up day to be tue the 31st of Aug to ensure payment to the dealership had processed, but my driver shows to be scheduled on th 30th which is Monday instead. I hope he doesn't have to wait when he gets there for the dealership to release it.
