I asked for a Partial refund due to my experience with the 2 trucking companies and was denied any refund. Unbelievable that they care so little for their customers experience.

"Door-to-Door" delivery has never worked completely; frequently pick-up and delivery points are not at addresses given.
Online experience was not easy. Forms kept disappearing before all info was entered. I had to use the online chat to be sent a quote
