Since I requested a Quote to have my Ford Escape transported from Manteca CA to Cleveland OH difference Quotes!!! I spoke to Vivian on Oct 30, 2022 after receiving two different quotes. She provided me with a Total Cost Quote cost of $1489.00. After receiving different quote on the 31st of Oct, I called and spoke to Mike which he assured me that the quote of $1489.00 is what “The Total Cost” is. Pick Up was Ok. Delivery was late. It was also scheduled for a day and then did not show up!! Pallet Bike was on was smashed up but luckily bike was OK.
Town is wrong
My vehicle arrived damaged. The driver said he sent the pictures of the damage to his office and myself, behind unfamiliar with the process, signed the BOL without reviewing it. After I looked at the BOL the damage was not notated nor did the pictures that were taken on the time of arrival reflect the damage. I will never use Montway again and would not recommend this business to anyone who is shipping a car they car about.
