I never signed my credit card statement. I was charged $1599 without my consent. I am looking forward for a credit of $1599
Damaged
Horribel communication. Despite numerous attempts to locate my car through chat, call and email.....ever single point of contact fell down. The driver they assigned my car to and the one the gave me the number for did not have my car. I was blind sidded by the delviery date and time and had to change travel plans and then pay someone to receive the car. Unbelievable FAIL.
Does not take 2 weeks to pickup a car
"door to door" pick-up and delivery. is not at all accurate. I shipped 2 cars on Monty and in both instances the pick-up and delivery points were at large commercial parking lots 2 or more miles from our "doors".
So many pop up ads
First i was over charged for the delivery, I waited for for over 10 hours after the designated drop off time..smh wasted 10 hours of my time...never again!
Trucker never communicated even if he broke down and the delivery would be delayed. Montessori agents were very helpful and professional.
