Hardly any communication. I'm not even sure if and when my car will be picked up. And why are you sending me this feedback request now? Shouldn't it be after my car is transported?
Easy booking but that is where the great service ended. The driver never communicated or showed up. I had to find a new auto transport very last minute. It was very stressful and Montway was less than communicative. I called for two days trying to find out and asked them multiple times to schedule a new transporter and they refused until I told them to cancel. I found it difficult toi speak with someone on the phone. I got sent to soemone who didnt have a vcoicemail set up.
10 days after my card was charged and the bike is still not picked up.
i wanted to switch to cash but the chat left me hanging during the verification and didn't respond
