Felt a little pressure to book immediately
Bella was Quite Friendly Montway way charged me $1249.00 for a service they did NOT perform, I called and cancelled and I talked to someone that said they would cancel still they charged me, They told me 1-4 days to get the bike it was about day 4 or 5 still no show no call no anything. I had to get a different service that was there the next day and $300.00 less expensive and still I was charged from Montway for NOTHING. There is NO Excuse for robbery like that.
Pickup and Delivery window uncertainty is stressful.
I switched companies and lost a big deposit to switch to Montway because you told me my vehicle would be picked up by 6/14, which didn't happen. Now I am being told that it is hard to find a carrier because my vehicle is modified, which you knew about and even charged me extra for. Your price is almost $1000 over what other companies quoted me and I was willing to pay extra because I was told you could get it done quick. Now no one can tell me when my vehicle will be picked up. Dispatchers did not show up on time
Not happy with trying to call. According to the instructions, I was to call after order accepted. I did and could not understand the agent.
Montway promised not to place the charge to my credit card until a carrier is secured. That did not happened.
I still haven't heard from a carrier
