There has been a major lack of communication and very difficult to get in contact with someone to speak to about my existing order. I am moving across the country & this situation and company has not helped with the stress of that.

Very complicated assignments of carrier and every time there was a change, I had to reverify my details. I have had no less than 10 calls or emails back and forth. Not at all a streamlined process.
Trying to milf an additional $450 for a "guaranteed pickup date" after you place an order is a scam. If you charge my card I'll sue you.
The person I spoke with on the phone had a heavy accents which made it hard to understand him.
the retal gas price went down and I reestimate the price went down for like 100 cant price match for me. also 4 more days approach my pick up day still no driver
Given quote to transport a known non working pickup. Montway called back asking me to pay $200 more, told them they already knew it was non working. Agreed to pay $50 more if they got it done. They kept calling back to haggle on price. First and last time will call Montway because it's their job to get it done and not keep calling back to up the price.
