Kim, Was really great to work with as a first time home-buyer. She was very personable and knowledgeable. The team helped out tremendously in making the loan happen despite some setbacks ( none of which were MIG's fault). The loan process was relatively straight forward and they were very helpful when it came to any questions I had.

Sherry Barney and MIG were extremely helpful from start to finish...loan application through the process to closing. Sherry answered every question we had in a way we understood the process and loan contract terms. We were out-of-state buyers, and Jeff was very helpful from Day 1. We could call, text, email questions, concerns and he was quick to respond. When we were about a week away from closing and there was hitch, Jeff pulled a rabbit out of the hat and saved the deal. We would definitely use him again.
